Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office absolutely no later than 5:00 pm CST, February 18, 2010 (closing February 12, 2010) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment. Chapter 2175, Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, requires that a fee be collected from the purchaser of surplus or salvage property to recover the costs associated with the sale. A Purchasers Fee in the amount of 6.50% will be collected at settlement.
Texas State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in the state of Texas for vehicles and equipment where titles are not available.
Weekdays, February 16 - 26, 2010 from 8:00am - 3:00pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Texas Parks and Wildlife offices will be closed 02/15/10 for the President's Day holiday. There will be no removal appointments on this day. Please contact the person mentioned in the item description above to schedule a removal appointment. All items MUST be removed by 3:00pm February 26, 2010. No assistance will be available from Texas Parks and Wildlife for the removal and transportation of items won. Removal is the winning bidders responsibility. Any exception to the January 29, 2010 deadline must be submitted in writing to TPWD. If approved, the purchaser will be notified in writing of the approval and the revised removal date. TPWD will retain ownership of any vehicle that is purchased and not removed from TPWD property before 3:00 pm on the last removal date. Title paperwork will be provided by the rep at Texas Department and Wildlife via mail after paid receipt has been received. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and valid picture ID to the pickup location when picking up. Parks and Wildlife reps will not release any items unless these items are provided. Written authorization must be provided to LoneStar Auctioneers allowing a different person other than on the paid invoice to pick up
No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice approximately 1 hour after the last lot from that auction closes. Please pay from that invoice.
