All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO warranties implied or expressed. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. nor LoneStarOnline.com will be held responsible for a failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever. By submitting winning bid(s) on this auction, I acknowledge and accept without recourse that I have purchased the above items at public auction "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. I will not stop payment, dispute or otherwise contest this transaction.

The Wallace Pack Unit is a TX Dept. of Criminal Justice maximum security unit. No alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, weapons, or any form of contraband shall be introduced into this unit. Vehicles shall be locked when not in use; ignition keys shall be secured. Persons and vehicles shall be subject to search upon arrival and departure. No shorts, sleeveless tops, low cut apparel, open toed shoes, etc. TDCJ-ID reserves the right to remove and/or refuse entry to any individual(s) who has violated the above restrictions.

Payment Terms:
Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth Office absolutely no later than 5:00 pm. CST, December 9, 2009 (closing December 4, 2009) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office until 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment at our office in Fort Worth. (Please do not send cash in the mail).

Additional Fees:
Chapter 2175, Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, requires that a fee be collected from the purchaser of surplus or salvage property to recover the costs associated with the sale. A fee in the amount of 6.50% will be collected at settlement.

Sales Tax:
Texas State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in the State of Texas for vehicles and equipment where titles are not available.

Removal:
IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
WE ARE A PRISON FACILITY AND YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR PICKING UP YOUR AUCTION ITEMS.

Pick up times are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 11:00am and 12:00pm (noon) - 2:30pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please contact Jodi Avery or Christie Pavlock at (936) 825-3728 x4114, 4115, or 4116 to schedule an appointment during these times. You need to schedule your appointment 24 hours in advance and then you will also need to call approximately 15 minutes prior to arrival so we can notify our security staff of your arrival. DO NOT call while you are enroute to schedule your appointment and DO NOT show up without an appointment. If property is not removed by December 11, 2009, the buyer will forfeit items and monies paid with no recourse. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE TERMS!

You must bring a copy of your paid receipt and picture identification. Items will not be released without this documentation. If someone other than the buyer is picking up auction items, they must bring written authorization and a copy of picture identification of the buyer to TDCJ-ID Pack Warehouse before the auction items will be released.

When you arrive at our gates, wait there until someone gives you the okay to drive in. Limited assistance is available for removal of SMALL ITEMS ONLY. There will be NO ASSISTANCE for removal of LARGE ITEMS we determine unsafe. Transportation of items won is the winning bidders responsibility. No alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, weapons or any form of contraband (to include cell phones) shall be introduced into this unit. All persons enterning the unit are required to disclose if they are former TDCJ-ID offenders. Vehicles shall be locked when not in use and ignition keys shall be secured on your person. Persons and vehicles shall be subject to search upon arrival and departure. No Children under 18 years of age are allowed on the unit, so DO NOT bring them to item pickup. DO NOT wear shorts, sleeveless tops, low cut apparel, open-toed shoes, etc. when picking up auction items.

No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice approximately 1 hour after the last lot from that auction closes. Please pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, Please contact our office immediately to verify that your email address is correct in the system. Anti Sniping:
Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature. Thus, bidding will still remain open on any item that has received a bid within the last 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes have passed without any new bids, the auction for this item will be closed. All auction items marked with COMPLETED in red letters are considered closed and no longer available for bidding. Please make sure to refresh your web browser often to make sure the item does not auto-extend.
