Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office absolutely no later than 5:00 pm CST, December 1, 2009 (closing November 25, 2009) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment. Texas State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in the state of Texas for vehicles and equipment where titles are not available. Removal:
November 30, December 1 & December 2, 2009 from 9:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Failure to remove property by December 2, 2009 at 5:00pm will result in account deactivation for both live and online auctions. No assistance or use of equipment is available for removal or transportation of property. Removal is the winning bidder responsiblity. Please bring your own help and removal equipment. If items purchased are not removed by last removal date, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to the City of Fort Worth with no recourse. Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature.
