If items are not removed within 10 business days, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to St. Luke's United Methodist Church with no recourse. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and valid picture ID to the pickup location when picking up. Lots will not be released unless these items are provided.
