Acceptance of Terms:
All persons participating in the on-line bidding agree to and accept these terms and conditions unequivocally and without exception. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO warranties implied or expressed. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. nor LoneStarOnline.com will be held responsible for a failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever. By submitting winning bid(s) on this auction, I acknowledge and accept without recourse that I have purchased the above items at public auction "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. I will not stop payment, dispute or otherwise contest this transaction.

Auction sales receipts will be provided upon pick up to the winning bidder and in the name on the online account exactly as it is on the online account. No changes to paperwork will be allowed.

Payment Terms:
Payment must be made in full in our office in Fort Worth absolutely no later than 5:00 pm CDT, November 27 , 2009 (closing November 23, 2009) by Cashier's Check or bank or postal money order. Payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. Cash is acceptable for those who come to our office and pay in person. Please bring exact change if possible. For your own protection, please do not send cash in the mail. Mail or deliver payment to: Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc., 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76106-2295. Our office will be closed November 26, 2009, Thanksgiving Day!

Removal:
Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm within 7 days from auction close. All items must be picked up within 7 days or buyer will be charged a $10.00 per day storage charge. If items purchased are not removed within 30 days of auction close, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to the City of Waco with no recourse. City of Waco Police Yard will be closed November 26, 2009, Thanksgiving Day.

The winning bidder MUST present your paid receipt and your valid Government issued picture ID to the Waco Police Department and pick up your Auction Sales Receipt BEFORE picking up your vehicle. No one besides the person listed on the invoice / paid receipt will be authorized to pick up items for you.Waco Police Yard: 1604 E. Taylor Street, Waco, Tx 76704 Map and Directions. Please give the attendant at the preview location your Auction Sales Receipt and a valid Government issued ID when picking up all items.

Individuals without a Auction Sales Receipts and valid ID will not be able to remove items from lot. Auction sales receipts will be provided upon pick up to the winning bidder. Names will appear exactly as it is in the online account. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. City staff will not be responsible for the loading of auctioned vehicles. Buyers of auctioned vehicles shall make their own arrangements accordingly. Disposing of unwanted materials off of or from auctioned vehicles will not be tolerated and will result in permanent banning from all Live and Online auction conducted by Lone Star Auctioneers.

No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice approximately 1 hour after the last lot from that auction closes. Please pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, Please contact us at the office immediately to verify that your email address is correct in the system. Otherwise, invoices and winning bid notifications will automatically be blocked or put into a deleted / junk / spam folder. It is the bidder's responsiblity to contact us regarding their invoice total if it is not received within the 24 hour period. Anti Sniping:
Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature. Thus, bidding will still remain open on any item that has received a bid within the last 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes have passed without any new bids the auction for this item will be closed. All auction items marked with COMPLETED in red letters are considered closed and no longer available for bidding. Please make sure the item does not go into the auto-extend period by hitting the refresh button on your web browser.
