It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. nor LoneStarOnline.com will be held responsible for a failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever. By submitting winning bid(s) on this auction, I acknowledge and accept without recourse that I have purchased the above items at public auction "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. I will not stop payment, dispute or otherwise contest this transaction.

Payment Terms:
Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office absolutely no later than 5:00 pm CST, November 9, 2009 (closing November 4, 2009) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment. Mail or deliver payment to: Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc., 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106-2295. (Please do not send cash in the mail). No Pay, No Return!

Sales Tax:
Florida State Sales tax of 7.00% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in the State of Florida.

Removal:
Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact Guido by phone at (786) 255-6017 at the City of North Miami Police Department to schedule a removal appointment. All items must be removed from City of North Miami property within ten (10) days after the close of the sale (November 16, 2009). If items purchased are not removed within 10 days of auction close, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to the City of North Miami with no recourse. All items must be picked up by the buyer. Vehicle sold As Is/ Where Is.

No removal will be permitted until the property has been paid for in full. The City of North Miami will not be responsible for damage or loss after property acceptance, as evidenced by assignment of certificate of title, where applicable, or by a 'Paid in Full' Bill of Sale. Loading and removal arrangements and costs are the Buyer's responsibility and are not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays or periods other than normal business hours (Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm). Vehicles must be removed within 7 days from the Bill of Sale date.

Vehicle release will be processed AFTER the following conditions have been met:
(1) Buyer, or pre-arranged designated agent, picks up vehicle title at: Purchasing Department – City Hall, 776 NE 125th Street, 3rd Floor, North Miami, FL 33161, then completes title transfer and presents assigned title to the City of North Miami prior to the release of the vehicle. Except for auto dealers, vehicles must be titled in the name of the winning bidder. For more information on Vehicle Title procedures, please contact Ameriss Versil at 305-893-6511 ext 12131.
(2) Auto dealers must present a copy of their auto dealers license prior to the release of vehicle and will receive an unassigned title.
(3) Out of state buyers may request that the vehicle title be sent to them and the vehicle will be released upon presentation of a properly assigned title.

No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice approximately 1 hour after the last lot from that auction closes. Please pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, Please contact our office immediately to verify that your email address is correct in the system. Anti Sniping / Dynamic Closing:
Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature. Thus, bidding will still remain open on any item that has received a bid within the last 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes have passed without any new bids, the auction for this item will be closed. All auction items marked with COMPLETED in red letters are considered closed and no longer available for bidding. Please make sure to refresh your web browser often to make sure the item does not auto-extend.
