Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office absolutely no later than 2:00 pm CST, September 25, 2009 (closing September 21, 2009) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment. Mail or deliver payment to: Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc., 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106-2295. (Please do not send cash in the mail). No Pay, No Return! Payment will not be accepted at the pickup location. Texas State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in the State of Texas for vehicles and equipment where titles are not available. Removal:
September 23-25, 2009 between 9:00am - 3:00pm. If items are not removed by 3:00 pm September 25, 2009, the buyer forfeits monies paid and the property reverts to Dallas Area Rapid Transit with no recourse. You must obtain a paid receipt from Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office (via email or in person) and present to the attendant before any items will be released. No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice on the morning of 09/22/09 (items will close the evening of 09/21/09. Please pay from that invoice. Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature.
