A copy of the RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER FORM must be notorized and presented before access to the stadium will be granted. All items require that the removing persons (contractor) fill out the INSURANCE CERTIFICATION, WORKERS' COMPENSATION and INDEMNIFICATION BY CONTACTOR Forms as well.
There will be no assistance available from City employees for removal and transportation of items won. Removal is the winning bidders responsibility. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Preview is highly recommended. Acceptance of Terms:

Payment must be made in full at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office absolutely no later than 5:00 pm CST, August 26, 2009 (closing August 21, 2009) by Bank issued Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. We will also accept cash payments at our Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please bring exact change if paying by cash. Also be sure to bring printed copy of your invoice and your Driver's License if dropping off payment. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, all items must be removed by September 15, 2009. Failure to remove property by September 15, 2009 will result in account deactivation for both live and online auctions unless other arrangements have been made with Doug Janeway. If property is not removed by the allotted time, buyer will forfeit items and monies paid with no recourse. No assistance is available for removal or transportation of property. Removal is the winning bidder responsiblity. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and valid picture ID to the pickup location. Items will not be released unless these items are provided. Written authorization must be provided to LoneStar Auctioneers allowing a different person other than on the paid invoice to pick up. No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice approximately 1 hour after the last lot from that auction closes. Please pay from that invoice. Each auction ends at a specific time. However, all auctions use an auto-extend / dynamic closing feature. All auction items marked with COMPLETED in red letters are considered closed and no longer available for bidding.
